Despite being only 23 years old, Davide has a clear vision: driven by a desire for self-improvement, he has always prioritized the value of experience. For this reason, since his high school years, travel as a means of uncovering his potential has been the bridge to his personal and professional growth. Today, after completing his university studies in Boston with a master’s degree in finance, he is settled in the United States. The longing for home is strong, as is his clarity of purpose: in the future, he envisions a return to Matera, but not before acquiring the skills and experiences he believes are necessary to enable a land like Basilicata to break free from mindsets and logics that hinder it from offering incentives and reasons for young people of his generation to stay.
